Opeyemi Olabode started her career in food science, and has overtime developed skills to be a Food Safety Consultant. 

She is currently working as a Certified Public Health Inspector with Saskatchewan Health Authority. 

Has completed training in Infection Prevention Control Practitioner with Queen’s University 

Has completed a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Science at the University of Regina, Canada. 

Has a Master and bachelor’s degree in food science and Technology. 

Her experience cut across most aspect of Food Safety with direct involvement in Restaurant inspection, Food quality control, Food research and analysis, and Outbreak management.  

Opeyemi has a published Researched work on International Journal of Food Science (Academic Journal) added to her achievement. 

Opeyemi enjoys teaching and look forward to all opportunities to provide quality Food Safety education to individuals and businesses.
